Envisioned towards successful Development of Dairy industry in the state of Bihar, COMFED is largely inspired by the White Revolution that originated in Anand, Gujarat. COMFED markets its dairy products under the brand name ‘SUDHA’. Today, SUDHA is Nationally known for good milk & milk products having manufacturing excellence, coupled with enforcement of strict quality standards in operations of dairy processing plants. Most COMFED dairies are accredited with ISO (FSMS) certification and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygienic Practices (GHP) to produce safe and uniform quality of milk and milk products. Almost all dairies of COMFED are FSMS 22000 and HACCP certified that confirms its standards and system. All the manufacturing and packing facilities follow desired standards to ensure HACCP compliance. We process and pack pasteurized milk in convenient poly pouches and maintain cold chain up to the level of retailers to keep the quality at optimum levels.

The product portfolio consists of Pasteurized Milk of a number of varieties in poly pouch, Curd, Ghee, Lassi, Butter Milk, Butter, Flavored Milk, Ice Cream & a number of sweets like Peda, Kalakand, Gulab jamun, Rasogulla etc., to name a few. UHT milk flavoured milk, Lassi, chhanch also adds to the products portfolio as long shelf life products.
Reached a total of 32 products in its basket with 100 different pack sizes. Latest launches include flavored Milk in Pet bottle,Lassi & Chhanch in Tetrapack. Supply of Poshak SUDHA to Aaganwadi Kendras in Bihar National Co-operative Development Corporation Regional Award’ for Co-operative Excellence Best Milk Federation Award’ given by Hon’ble Agriculture Minister at a ceremony organized by Outlook Agriculture Conclave and Swaraj Awards on 15 December 2018. COMFED received Best State Dairy Federation Award from Secretary department of Animal Husbandry & Dairy Govt of India in India Dairy Award 2020 organized by Agriculture Today Group in Delhi. COMFED’s success is derived from its strong technical inputs programme. The technical inputs include Quality Cattle Feed, Artificial Insemination (AI) of Milch animals for Breeding and Productivity Enhancement, Vaccination, Deworming, Distribution of improved variety of fodder seeds etc.
