    The Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Ltd was established in 1983, The Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Ltd. (COMFED) was established as an implementing agency of the Operation Flood (OF) programme. Envisioned towards successful Development of Dairying industry in the state of Bihar, COMFED was largely inspired by the White Revolution that originated in Anand, Gujarat. COMFED markets its dairy products under the brand name ‘SUDHA’.
