Cattle Feed Plant, Hotwar, Ranchi was established under the Tribal Area Development Sub-Plan of Government of Bihar and constructed by NDDB. For the first three years since its inception, COMFED helmed the initial term for efficient management of the unit.

Bihar State Milk Co-operative Fed. Ltd, COMFED has been marketing its milk and milk products under the brand name “Sudha”. The Co-Operative has launched its pouch milk and milk products in Guwahati city, Assam in Nov ‘2018 having its Unit office at H/No. 22, Peace Plaza, Satyapur Path, Near Beltola Bazar, Beltola, Guwahati- 781028, Assam . COMFED, Guwahati has started its market in Guwahati city with the sale of Pouch milk (SM & TM) and milk products such as Misti Dahi, Plain Dahi, Paneer 200g etc. and now it has included other variant of pouch milk such as Full Cream Milk & Cow Milk . New products such as Peda, Milk Cake & Surabhi are also going to launch very shortly in the market.
